Cancellations
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours of your booking time, or no-shows, may incur a charge equal to the deposit or 50% of the service price.
Deposits
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from the total price on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.
Refunds
If you're unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we'll do our best to put things right. Refunds for prepaid services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Lateness
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience.
Privacy & Data
We collect only the information needed to manage your booking: name, email, phone number, and appointment details. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We comply with UK GDPR. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
